Interns play a key role in identifying opportunities to increase efficiency within our client success processes. While no specific expertise is required, familiarity with AI tools is advantageous.

As a Client Success Intern, you will:
- Have the opportunity to refine customer success processes and implement best practices
- Identify areas where AI and automation can replace repetitive tasks currently handled by our CS team
- Help develop and implement scalable solutions that deliver a great customer experience
- Improve the quality and accuracy of our offerings
- Ensure BrainStorm's customers are receiving the information they need to get value from the platform

- Availability for 20-40 hours/week during summer and ~20 hours/week during fall
- Ability to work on-site in the American Fork, UT office
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Any experience working with people (customer service, tutoring, retail, coaching, coordination)
