Are you eager to kick-start your career in analytics, marketing, or category management? As a Client Analyst Intern, you will join our Customer Success team and gain hands-on experience working with leading retailers in the FMCG industry.
In this role, you’ll support experienced Analytic Consultants and learn how data is transformed into actionable insights that drive real business decisions. From day one, you will be fully integrated into the team and contribute to real client work—while developing valuable analytical and storytelling skills.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to understand how supermarkets, drugstores, petrol and liquor retailers grow their business.
Job DescriptionAnalysis & insights
- Support Analytic Consultants in preparing analyses and presentations for well-known FMCG retailers
- Work on category performance reviews (e.g. sales, market share, pricing, promotions)
- Help uncover the “why” behind performance trends (e.g. assortment, pricing, promotional strategy)
Reporting & tools
- Assist our customer success team with the set up, maintenance and update of client dashboards and reports
- Work with NielsenIQ tools and datasets to build your technical skills
Projects & teamwork
- Contribute to team projects and ad-hoc analyses
- Collaborate with consultants across different client teams
- Learn how to translate data into clear and compelling stories
- Currently enrolled (valid student status required) in a Dutch university or Dutch higher education institution
- Studying Business, Economics, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset and affinity with numbers
- Genuine interest in FMCG (food, homecare, personal care)
- Proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Detail-oriented, structured, and eager to learn
- Available full-time for 6 months
