Roles and responsibilities
Your main challenge will be to build a tool that allows us to optimize the distribution of assets towards the market. Building a distribution tool (Python/R) presents both a technical and strategic challenge. The tool needs to efficiently manage data flows, ensure accurate allocation logic, and remain flexible for future adjustments. Key considerations include scalability and flexibility. Additionally, developing a user-friendly interface and ensuring transparency in the distribution logic are critical to its success. This requires a thoughtful balance between robust engineering and practical usability.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High ambition and energy level
- Capable of dealing with high complexity
- Skilled in advanced modelling techniques
- Interpretate requirements and translating them into a working tool using R/Python.
- Fluency in (business) English
