Texas Instruments (TI) offers a structured internship program designed to provide real-world, hands-on engineering experience while supporting your learning and development
As an AT Business Analyst Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to meaningful projects that make an impact, challenging, and provide an educational experience for the student while they contribute to the success of TI.
Exact intern projects are determined at the beginning of the work term based on current priorities and the strengths of the selected student.
Your internship projects may be in one or more of these areas:
- Analyze demand, supply, and shipment trends to identify opportunities and risks that impact order fulfillment objectives
- Build relationships with factory operations teams to foster a collaborative and cooperative work environment
- Maintain comprehensive reports that support performance tracking, scheduling activities, and process procedures
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels in a clear and timely manner
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and apply in-depth knowledge of planning and operations processes to manage planning deviations and respond to internal/external enquiry

QualificationsMinimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operation Management or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with cross- functions department and all factories.
- CGPA 3.3/4.0 or higher
- This role is to be based in TIM, Kuala Lumpur (Onsite)
- Have a hands-on knowledge on SQL, Spotfire and Phyton.

- Possess Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for deep dive data analysis and translating that into insights and recommendations
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- With sense of urgency and know how to prioritize task, willing to work on complex schedule
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
- Curious, self-motivated to learn.
- Existing knowledge of or ability to quickly learn planning tools and how they are connected: SCS, BIP, SDM, PFT, SMS/EPC, DCM, BO etc.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Spotfire or programing skills.
