Tasks:
- Coordination of soft skills related, ie meeting rooms setup.
- Coordination and liaison with stakeholders on facilities topics.
- Handling of administrative tasks.
- Handling of access card's system.
- Co-ordination of security & safety topics.
Projects:
- Familiarization and working closely IFM team on site.
- Space planning cum office refurbishments.
- Familiarity of Change of Management for GR/AP & acting as proxy to FM on this area.
- Candidate that is pursuing a bachelor's in business administration/international business-related field.
- Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
- Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
