As an intern at Sopra Steria, you’ll be part of the team from day one. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a professional environment, contribute to real projects and learn from experienced consultants, architects and engineers.

During your internship, you’ll explore how AI is transforming software engineering, product development and digital transformation, and how organisations are evolving towards more AI-driven ways of working.

Beyond coding, you’ll learn how intelligent digital solutions are designed, integrated and developed within multidisciplinary teams. You’ll discover how AI, automation and modern engineering can work together to create real business value.

Working in an agile environment, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions while developing both your technical and professional skills.

We’re looking for enthusiastic students who are curious about technology and eager to put their knowledge into practice.

During your internship at Sopra Steria, you’ll learn, grow and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative team environment. You’ll have the opportunity to explore digital transformation, contribute to meaningful projects and develop new skills along the way.

You are someone who:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Has a strong interest in software engineering, AI and emerging technologies.
• Is curious about the future of AI-native product development and intelligent automation.
• Enjoys solving business and technical challenges together with others.
• Combines analytical thinking with a pragmatic and hands-on mindset.
• Has an eagerness to continuously learn and evolve quickly.
• Feels comfortable navigating both technical and business discussions.
• Communicates fluently in Dutch or French and has a professional knowledge of English.

Knowledge or affinity with one or more of the following is considered a plus:

• Java or .NET
• Cloud platforms
• DevOps
• Data & AI tooling
• API & integration concepts
• Frontend or full-stack development
• Automation frameworks
• Agile methodologies
