Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a sales environment by supporting initiatives focused on data understanding, structuring, analysis, and automation. You will work closely with the sales team to understand how commercial and technical information is generated, stored, and used across different systems, and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency through digitalization and automation.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Analyzing data sources used by the sales organization, including offer documentation, SharePoint repositories, internal sales tools, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Understanding how commercial, pricing, business, and technical information is created, managed, and used across the sales process.
Identifying opportunities to structure data more effectively and support the development of automated workflows, dashboards, or analytical modules to improve team efficiency.
Collaborating with sales and other relevant stakeholders to document current practices, propose improvements, and support implementation of data-driven solutions.
Qualifications for the role
You are currently pursuing, or have recently completed, a Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
You have strong interest in data analysis, artificial intelligence, automation, and the optimization of business processes through digital solutions.
You have practical knowledge of programming and data handling tools, preferably Python; familiarity with C#, databases, or API-based integrations is a plus.
You are comfortable working with large and unstructured datasets from different business systems and translating them into structured insights and improvement ideas.
You have an analytical mindset and enjoy understanding how information flows through business processes, from generation to reporting and decision-making.
You communicate clearly in English; additional language skills such as German are a plus.
You hold a valid work permit for Switzerland or are eligible to work in Switzerland.
