Job Description- Check weekly payment and supporting documents
- Check minutes of cancelation invoice, confirmation letter
- Check and prepare fix assets process ( print label, count check..)
- Support reconcile bookkeeping (Hrcore, Tax., Accrual...)
- Prepare data for audit EY, CIT tax, Statistic Reports...
- Archiving documents ( bank advice, GNT, barcode scan... for 5S)
- Other ad-hoc if needed.
- Entitled as full-time student major in Accounting/Finance, ... during internship period
- No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage
- Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
- Proficient in MS Office, personal skills, time management skill, task management skill, critical thinking and patience
- Hard working, eager to learn, result-oriented
- High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality
- Ability to work in multicultural teams
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
- Be entrusted with your own area of responsibility
