Job DescriptionOrder Management
- Support order management for downloading, checking, tracking customer’s order including to interface with customer as monthly, weekly, daily basis based on in customer’s requirement.
- Support invoice posting including credit note and debit note in SAP.
- Coordinate with internal counterpart e.g. sales, logistics, quality department etc.
Accounts Receivable
- Support bill placement process (weekly invoice tracking file).
- Coordinate with accounting dept. on bill placement of special invoices (special sales, debit note and credit note).
Others
- Maintenance of team's Bosch Connect page.
- Maintenance of online team process library.
- Any other assignments if any
- 3rd – 4th year university student
- Good command in English and interpersonal skills
- Good in Microsoft office, power BI, other application related to visualization and presentation.
- Eagerly to learn, priority skill and high responsibility.
- Creative,independent and pro-active
- Minimum 6 months of internship period (starting from April 2025)
