JOB DESCRIPTION:
I. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1, Core job responsibilities:
- Consolidate Logistics reports from many groups (Warehouse, Delivery, EHS…)
- Communicate with other departments to get input/feedback, build up warehouse projects
- Support the operation team in addition reporting tasks
- Assist with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Support the operations team in managing projects and ensuring timely completion.
- Conduct research and data analysis to improve operational processes
II. MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1, Core Skill Requirement:
- Power point/ Excel skill
- English
- Good at data analysis
- Process oriented
2, Core Trait/Behavior Requirement:
- Good communication
- Proactively
- Hard working & high concentration spirit
- Good learning agility
III. MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Graduate or Undergraduate level, Major in Technical is preferred
Be able to work full-time within 6 months (May – Nov 2025)
