Job DescriptionJob Description
1) Support recruitment process for candidate list recording
2) Coordinate with plants and Hiring team for new comers and documents preparation
3) Interview arrangement and support F2F Interview
4) Invite hiring managers and related for on-boarding program
5) New comer confirmation and check list
6) Support Internship Onboard and Off-board at Amata Rayong plant
7) Preparation payroll data of interns to submit to HRL2
8) Support other tasks as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
1) Working towards a degree in Human Resources, Management or related field.
2) Detail oriented will be advantage
3) Good MS Office or equivalent skills
4) Good communication skills in English language
5) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6) Change approach or method to best fit the situation
7) Minimum 4 months of internship period (starting from June or July 2025)
