JOB DESCRIPTION:
1/ Core job responsibilities:
- Understand the business requirements by biz language, translate it into system language, build the Business Requirement Specifications and align with stakeholder.
- Take charge of incidents and requests, process and monitor them until they are completed.
- Analyze the root causes of interrupted services.
- Receive requests & feedbacks of users or other teams.
- Support on the trained cases and known issues.
- Create/update document and transfer it to other teams.
- Reporting.
- Other tasks assigned by mentor.
REQUIREMENT
1/ Core Skill Requirement
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Good knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis.
- Survey Forms.
2/ Core Trait/Behavior Requirement:
- Resilience
- Learning Agility
- Communication Effectives
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Fresh Graduated or Senior students (be able to work full-time, or only 1-2 shifts off per week within 6 months from May to Nov 2025).
