RideNow Powersports is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and motivated Internet Sales Specialist to join our growing team! If you enjoy helping people, are great at staying organized, and feel confident handling online leads and phone calls, this could be the perfect role for you. 

What You’ll Do:
  • Handle incoming internet leads, phone calls, and inquiries with professionalism, positivity, and prompt responses.
  • Confirm and manage appointments, and provide friendly follow-up with unsold customers.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally through email, text, and phone—always aiming to be helpful, honest, and accurate.
  • Stay in touch with past customers to build loyalty and long-term relationships.
  • Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory and assist customers in finding the right vehicle.
  • Accurately log customer information and follow-ups in our CRM to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates across departments to give customers a great overall experience.

  • 1+ year of experience in a dealership or internet sales environment (automotive or powersports is preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and working with multiple online tools.

  • Friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn.

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: Hourly training pay is $20.00/hour during the initial 30-day training period. Following training, compensation transitions to a commission structure where employees receive earned commissions or hourly training pay ($20.00/hour), whichever is higher per pay period.
    • Sold Appointments: $25 per sold appointment.
    • Unit Commission (New Bikes):
      • 1 – 1.5 bikes: $200 per unit.
      • 2 – 3 bikes: $250 per unit.
      • 3.5+ bikes: $300 per unit (commissions apply to new bikes sold after reaching the 1.5 unit threshold).
  • Health & Wellness: Medical, Pharmacy, Telemedicine, Dental, and Vision coverage (eligible 1st of the month following 30 days), plus HSA and FSA options.
  • Financial & Protection: 401(k) plan, Life and AD&D insurance, Short/Long-Term Disability, and supplemental insurance options.
  • Paid Time Off & Holidays: Employees accrue paid time off at a rate of 0.0385 hours per hour worked (approximately 1.54 hours per weekly pay period, totaling 80 hours / 10 days annually for full-time staff). PTO can be used for vacation, personal time, and illness.  This policy meets or exceeds the requirements of the Washington State Paid Sick Leave Law. In addition, the company provides 3 paid holidays per year.

Post-hire employees are expected to remain free from impairment while on duty or on company premises, and may be subject to reasonable suspicion or post-accident drug and alcohol testing in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
  • Fitness for Duty: Must maintain alertness and judgment required to perform essential job duties safely and effectively.
  • Background Check: In compliance with the Washington Fair Chance Act (RCW 49.94), criminal history background checks are conducted post-offer with individualized assessments.
