Who We're Looking For:

  • Experienced call center and BDC representatives, dealership experience a huge plus!
  • Customer-facing telemarketing, administrative, retail/hospitality, business development roles preferred but not required
  • Ability to prioritize customer experience through a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with all potential customers

What You'll Do:

  • Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention
  • Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
  • Utilize computer & phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
  • Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customers.

Skills Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age 18
  • Experience with call center, BDC, or dealership sales
  • Customer-facing experience (telemarketing, retail, hospitality, administrative, or business development)
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly customer service attitude
  • Ability to use computer and phone systems for lead management and appointment scheduling
  • Ability to learn and maintain product, pricing, promotion, and dealership knowledge
  • Ability to schedule solid appointments and follow up with leads to drive sales
