Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls and manage a multi-line phone system.
- Input customer data into customer management system.
- Provide customers with company information, store hours, and answer general questions.
- Direct incoming calls to appropriate departments.
- Conduct general administrative duties such as filing, data entry.
- Other duties assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior office experience is preferred.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office environment .
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
