Shift: Night Shift
We are seeking International Voice Process Representatives for a top multinational company in Mumbai. The role involves handling international voice interactions, delivering high-quality customer support, and working in night shifts with pick-and-drop cab facilities provided. High-performing candidates may be absorbed into the client payroll based on performance and business requirements.
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with international customers
Provide accurate, professional, and timely responses to customer queries
Maintain strong customer relationships with a customer-oriented approach
Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
Adhere to defined process guidelines and performance standards
Work on a 5-day rotational work schedule
Requirements
0.7 to 5 years of experience in the voice domain
Graduate/Undergraduate/Post-Graduate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
Willingness to work in night shifts
Immediate joiners required
Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment
5-day rotational work week
Structured training and continuous support provided
Contractual role with the possibility of extension or permanent absorption
Potential for absorption into client payroll based on performance and business needs
