Job Description

The role of the International Order Management Manager is to ensure an efficient, customer centric E2E fulfillment process for Direct Customers within LACR, Europe and AMEA. The responsibility starts from getting an order and lasts until it is delivered. It includes close alignment with Project Managers and Business Operations Managers regarding pricing, sourcing, shipping terms and all other factors related to revenue recognition. 

The leader will be responsible for both driving daily operations (within LACR, Europe and AMEA) and shaping the future or Order Management organization.

Scope of Responsibilities:

Support Direct Sales & System Integration Project Managers teams to achieve revenue targets through efficient order management process with adequate flexibility and world class customer service 

  • Coordinate E2E fulfillment process by collaborating with all Supply Chain and Finance business functions 

  • Co-design and co-lead ERP landscape 

  • Drive efficient operations to maximize Cost, Cash, Revenue, and Customer Experience 

  • Develop and maintain a management system to drive the key metrics for success

  • Promote continuous improvement and automation to bring the organization to the next maturity level


Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years experience as Manager in complex multi regional environment (preferably Operations, Order management, Customer Service )

  • Understanding of E2E Supply Chain Operations environment and processes

  • Ability to work in multinational environment (matrix organization, different time zones) 

  • Presenting strong communication skills to develop relationships both internally (Supply Chain) and externally (Sales/Customers) will be essential 

  • Knowledge and experience with Oracle systems would be a plus

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
