International Strategy & Ops Manager. Responsible for developing and executing business strategies, supporting expansion initiatives across markets and regions, optimizing operational processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making. Develop integrated operating model strategies and assess business challenges, needs, and gaps. Analyze business performance, market trends, and operational data to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and provide actionable recommendations. Design and implement operating models, strategic roadmaps, and transformation initiatives. Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage end-to-end project execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business priorities, coordinate execution, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives. Develop financial models, business cases, and cost-benefit analyses. Identify business challenges and conduct root cause analysis.
