Our client is a leading organization in the food processing industry, currently seeking experienced 2 Sales Managers to join their team
Business Strategy Development
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis across assigned markets (with focus on the US or China), including industry trends, customer demand, and competitive landscape, to formulate effective business strategies
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term business strategies aligned with company direction, ensuring sales and growth targets are achieved within the assigned market scope
Sales Channel Development & Expansion
- Lead the development and execution of sales channel strategies for the company’s product portfolio (primarily processed fruit products such as puree and concentrates), with a strong focus on international B2B markets
- Drive market expansion within assigned regions (US or China), identifying new business opportunities and strengthening market presence
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and generate new business leads
Sales Team Building & Development
- Participate in building and structuring the sales team within assigned markets, including recruiting, onboarding, and developing high-performing sales professionals
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to team members to ensure effective execution of business strategies
- Establish KPIs for team members, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement to meet business objectives
Business Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze sales performance and market data, identifying gaps and proposing actionable solutions to improve business outcomes
- Prepare regular performance reports, key metrics, and market insights for senior leadership
Export Operations Efficiency
- Ensure all export activities are conducted in compliance with relevant legal requirements and international standards
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, production, quality, logistics) to ensure product quality and consistency across export markets
- Monitor and update changes in export regulations and market requirements to ensure efficient and compliant operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales within the processed fruit or food ingredients industry, with a strong track record in B2B markets.
- Proven experience working within specific regional markets (preferably the US or China), with strong understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics.
- Established network within the food and beverage B2B sector, including international buyers and partners.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is highly advantageous for candidates covering the China market.
- Demonstrated experience in building, leading, or scaling sales teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
