Strategize for Success: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with regional and global objectives.
Elevate Team Performance: Conduct pipeline reviews, guide account planning, and identify opportunities to optimize efficiency and growth.
Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent the company’s values and vision across the region, contributing to both revenue and team culture.

Continuous Learning: Champion sales mastery by training and developing your team’s sales, product, and leadership skills.
Experience:
5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales.
3+ years in a sales leadership role, managing high-performing teams in a SaaS environment.
A hunter mindset with a strong background in cold calling, lead generation, and deal conversion.
Skills:
Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with the ability to inspire performance and accountability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint), CRM platforms, and virtual meeting tools.
Working knowledge of social selling and conversational intelligence platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Culturally attuned, adaptable, and able to thrive in a diverse, remote team environment.
