· Proposal and contract negotiations: Take ownership of negotiations, balancing customer needs with company objectives.

· Account Management & Growth: Maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships in the Nordics, identifying opportunities for up- and cross-selling to drive value for both customers and the company.

· Customer Feedback Loop: Collect, analyze, and forward customer feedback to internal teams (Product Development, Support) to drive continuous improvement.

· Market and competitor analysis: Monitor and analyze market and competitive landscapes to strategically leverage sales opportunities.

· Industry networking: Attend trade fairs and actively build a strong network with key players and customers in the laundry industry across the Nordics.

· Reporting & Performance Tracking: Regularly prepare reports on customer relationships, revenue development, pipeline activities, and customer satisfaction to Head of Sales.
