The International Project Management Team is a rapidly growing service offering team for Alarm.com. It provides continuous, distinctive support to our international customers to ensure successful launches. Our Project Managers are involved from planning to launch to support our international dealers with a disciplined eye on every stage of the international customer journey. The Role

Project Managers ensure complex product launches meet customer satisfaction and are aligned with regional market needs, coordinate in-region project strategy and execution, and lead efforts to resolve complex product and platform release planning that impact business and field operations.

As a Project Manager, you’ll work as part of a driven team to deploy project management tools against the complex launches for our International markets.

Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of opinions, requests, and requirements to work into a cohesive and workable plan to result in a successful launch.

Project Managers are do-ers who immerse themselves in our customers’ most intricate business needs, and dive into the issues to enable us to meet launch successes. At times, you will be deployed to ADC internal product teams. In this role, the work you’ll tackle will require a curious and analytical mindset, a sharp intuition for product, and a strong degree of user empathy to ultimately drive to resolution.

Core Responsibilities

  • Gain deep technical knowledge of Alarm.com architecture combined with exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment.
  • Lead key stakeholders to define project scope and gather accurate and complete business requirements.
  • Create cost estimates, milestones, and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project.
  • Ensure projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time.
  • Build relationship and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
  • Interface with senior levels of management and customers and serve as the spokesperson for Alarm.com relating to significant matters on the program
  • Other duties as assigned

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management and/or implementation role.
