The PositionThe International Product Manager acts as the ultimate owner of their specific product area, holding accountability for delivering measurable business outcomes beyond feature outputs. This role leads continuous product discovery and validation to ensure solutions are valuable to customers, viable for the business, and technically feasible. By providing strategic context and driving cross-functional collaboration, the International Product Manager aligns engineering efforts with broader business goals while serving as the deep subject matter expert on the product domain.
The Opportunity
Main tasks:
Product Outcome Accountability: Holds overall accountability for the product's outcomes, responsible for delivering measurable business results rather than just feature outputs.
Continuous Discovery & Validation: Leads continuous product discovery to ensure solutions are valuable to customers, viable for the business, usable by users, and technically feasible to build.
Strategic Context & Alignment: Provides strategic context to the team, ensuring that stable core teams are focused on work that is genuinely worth building and delivers necessary results.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Drives cross-functional collaboration, balancing the needs of customers, the business, and technical feasibility.

Who You Are
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Science or related field; Master’s preferred
Scientific or marketing background, business acumen, and 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or diagnostics industry, sales and/or marketing are desired
Strong understanding of diagnostics industry, country and global product management, and commercial operations.
Demonstrated enterprise mindset, commercial capabilities, and value creation focus.
Ability to inspire, develop, and empower colleagues to deliver impact and achieve results.
Proven track record in leading strategic initiatives, managing change, and navigating ambiguity.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis is $117,000-$217,400. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
