Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, nurture, and strengthen enduring client relationships by leveraging industry networks and consistently providing exceptional service across all facets of wealth management.
- Collaborate with investment specialists and internal partners to design, implement, and manage customized investment and wealth solutions aligned with each China client's financial goals and risk appetite.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, offering clients actionable market insights, conducting portfolio reviews, and presenting multi-asset investment opportunities, while proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Oversee seamless client onboarding and ongoing relationship management, including KYC updates, suitability assessments, and the coordination of client meetings and transactional activities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards, risk management protocols, and internal governance policies, maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity.
- Monitor and analyze client portfolios, Assets Under Management (AUM), and revenue metrics using advanced internal systems to support data-driven decision-making.
- Drive commercial growth by expanding the client base through targeted networking, cross-selling initiatives, and the delivery of comprehensive family office solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in wealth management, demonstrating a strong track record in client acquisition and stakeholder engagement.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among clients and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities, operating with a high level of integrity and risk awareness.
- Collaborative team player, skilled at working across multiple business lines and engaging with senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience at a leading wealth management or private banking institution, with direct responsibility for client relationship management.
- Comprehensive understanding of private banking regulatory frameworks and control environments, with proven ability to manage client accounts in accordance with industry best practices.
