We’re seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented International Payroll Specialist to join our Global Finance Payroll Team. This is a remote opportunity offering scope for personal and professional growth in a dynamic, multi-country payroll environment. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing payroll operations across several regions.
 

Your Day to Day

As an International Payroll Specialist, you would be working on

• End to end ownership of payroll processing for international countries (e.g. LATAM and/or EMEA), also provide assistance and backup for Hungary payroll processing.
• Liaising with international in-country payroll providers (ICPs), gather input data, review outputs, and prepare payrolls for approval.
• Contributing to payroll process improvements and participate in global payroll projects.
• Maintaining accurate payroll records and reporting in a structured and organized manner.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll within an international or multi-country environment.
• Experience of a multi-country payroll environment/nuances and is experienced in Hungarian payroll.
• Strong command of spoken and written English, another language is an advantage for this role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Eagerness to learn new payrolls. Self-motivated and disciplined, especially in a remote working environment.
