Ferring+You

We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our growing Ferring Service Centre (FSC) in Oeiras, supporting payroll operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Your day at Ferring

•    Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries

•    Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors

•    Support compliance with local tax and labor regulations

•    Assist in audits, reporting, and continuous process improvement

•    Resolve employee queries with professionalism and care

•    Contribute to system enhancements and payroll optimization

Behind our innovation…There’s you

•    Up to 3 years of payroll experience, ideally in shared services or a COE model

•    Strong communication and analytical skills

•    High level of confidentiality and attention to detail

•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Workday is a plus

•    Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

•    Fluent in English; another European language or Arabic is a plus
