About the Role
A Payroll Administrator assists with the payroll process for the supported country in order to ensure timely and accurate service for our internal client. This includes overseeing all administrative activities related to payroll, processing payroll on a regular basis and managing benefits respecting legal guidelines and company policies.
What You Will Do
Manage the payroll input process according to relevant legal standards, collective agreement, and Harman internal policies.
Coordinate Absence management processes
Handle and Monitor inbound and outbound payroll integrations across different systems
Manage the end-to-end payroll process for respective country(ies) ensuring timeliness and high quality.
Ensure legal and payroll accuracy for supported countries, perform monthly payroll controls
Calculate and process various payroll elements
Create and maintain internal documentation for audit
Collect information for monthly payroll reporting
Support process improvements to increase efficiency and quality of provided service.
Handle employee queries, Tier1 support
Collaboration with payroll vendor, HR representatives and other departments
What You Need to Be Successful
High School graduation
1 year of relevant experience in the same field
Intermediate English language
User level knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
Showing ability to work with confidential information
Being able to work with priorities and deadlines
Bonus Points if You Have
SAP payroll system experience
1 year experience on related payroll field
French/Polish in case of supporting these countries
ADP systems (Celergo, SRM, eService)
Workday system experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR/Payroll field
Experience with multi-state payroll processing
Experience with SSC environment
Employee Customer Service experience
