International Marketing Intern (Hematology) position. 

 
Description: 

We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Intern to support International Business Unit initiativesThis role is ideal for student and/or recent graduate interested in gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, adaptation, execution including latest AI technologies, campaign management and measurement in cross-functional and cross-cultural environment. In particular, this role will support the execution of marketing tactics and omnichannel customer experience activities for Hematology. For this position it is mandatory to be available to work in early mornings, since this person will work with different people from other countries, mainly in Central European Time Zone. 

 

 

Skills to be acquired at the end of the internship: 

  • Improved knowledge on OCE landscape and process, practical knowledge of marketing and promotion in pharma industry 

  • Improved digital capabilities and project management skills for marketing and cross-functional teams. 

  • Improved communication skills and cross-cultural acumen 

 

Main Tasks to Support: 

  • Support development & execution of materials and campaigns for internal marketing & community events, international webinars, social media and SOA (sources of authorities) 

  • Lead preparation and update of digital events communication packages and add graphical enhancements. 

  • Assist in preparation of implementation guides for IBU campaign (promotional and educational materials). 

  • Coordinate and brief creative and development agencies on daily operative tasks. 

  • Purchase Order request management and budget control. 

  • Help track and report on key metrics using IBU tools for marketing, medical & PRA initiatives.  

  • Management of materials approval platform (VVPM): upload, support and approve of promotional and educational materials on VVPM platform. 

  • Quick small fixes on images, email, designs, etc. 

  • Collect feedback from affiliates on main international materials and solutions. 

  • Management of operational plan tool and affiliates inputs coordination. 

  • Any other support of International Operational Plan execution

  • Detail-oriented, creative and proactive mindset 

  • Organization and administrative skills 

  • Basic understanding of cross-cultural communication and project management
