SUMMARY The International Logistics & Field Operations Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of global logistics and field service activities. This role requires a blend of operational expertise, cross-border logistics knowledge, and field leadership to ensure smooth delivery of services in remote and challenging environments. Seeking a hands-on, strategic leader to manage our international logistics and field operations.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage international shipping, customs clearance, and transportation of equipment and materials
- Develop and implement operational plans tailored to regional client needs, regulatory environments, and logistical constraints
- Manage tracer service execution including planning, deployment, sampling, and reporting across international sites
- Lead field teams in executing service jobs, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality
- Build relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and local field contractors
- Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, HSE standards, and company policies
- Monitor operational expenses and optimize logistics and field service costs
- Collaborate with sales and engineering to plan field deployments and mobilizations
- Develop contingency plans for field disruptions and logistics delays
- Monitor KPIs, service quality, and cost efficiency across regional operations
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or related field required.
- 7+ years of experience in oil and gas logistics and field operations, with international exposure.
- Valid passport is required for occasional international travel.
- Strong knowledge of global shipping regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures
- Proven leadership in managing field teams and remote operations
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%
