MicroAire Surgical Instruments, a mid-sized medical device company in Charlottesville Virginia, is seeking an International Logistics Associate.

Join our dynamic team as an International Logistics Associate, where you'll play a vital role in global operations by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and international shipping compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stock supplies and perform inventory transactions using ERP systems.
- Prepare and complete shipment paperwork using computerized shipping software.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain organized records while adhering to international shipping procedures and regulations.
Requirements:
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- No experience required. 1 year experience in a warehouse environment with shipping experience preferred. Ideal candidate will have prior international shipping experience.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn shipping software and logistics tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently.
- A strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality performance.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, physical dexterity to package product, and ability to stand for extended periods of time.
