Greenvolt is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources team. As HRBP you will take part in all the people initiatives at international level interacting with diverse teams across the global business and HR function.
Key Accountabilities
· Support business leaders on strategic HR matters, including organizational design, talent management, career development, etc.
· Ensure and coordinate the full recruitment process with the management and the onboarding process for the new hires.
· Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
· Develop and deliver a HR strategy to meet the business needs
· Plan, implement and facilitate HR initiatives such as workforce design planning, performance review, employee engagement initiatives, talent review, Learning and development, succession planning, compensation planning and review.
· Handle the entire employee life cycle (onboarding, career progression and transitions);
· Drive employee communications across geographies
· Manage the local payroll process and be the point of contact for all HR administration, and payroll topics.
· Analyse trends and metrics to develop solutions and/or retention strategies.
· Ensure monthly reporting is delivered on time and according to expectation from corporate departments.
· Actively contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives managed by the HR Team.
Requirements
- Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or other related areas
- At least 4 years of experience as HRBP or as a Generalist in HR
- Proficiency in MS Office, specially advanced excel
- Previous experiencie in international fast-paced environments is a plus
- Fluent in English and French (Mandatory)
- Spanish (optional)[
- A good understanding of best practices in HR topics
- Working knowledge & understanding of all HR related disciplines including talent acquisition, retention, reward & recognition, development, succession planning, organizational design and employee relations;
- Ability to build supportive relationships and challenges the status quo
Skills Required
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or related field
