The International Graduate Program:
- Is a one year fast-track management program for recent graduates and alumni
- 12 months in 2 countries and 3 assignments within different Departments e.g. Investment, Finance, Leasing and various Departments for your Mission abroad
- You will learn business fundamentals especially within Real Estate
- You will get the chance to build a network while gaining international work experience
Who we are looking for:
- You hold a master’s degree from a top-ranked business school or university
- Your analytical / financial capabilities and communication skills are highly evolved
- You have a strong entrepreneurial personality, a curious nature and are keen to bring in your own ideas
- You have already gained first experience in working or studying abroad and you are striving for an international career
- You have a fluent command of business-level English and German. Every other language of the Group is a plus! (French, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, Czech, Polish)
