About the Role

We’re hiring a Customer Success Representative to support renewals, account updates, and customer satisfaction across our portfolio. You’ll manage a monthly book of business, ensuring renewals are initiated 60 days in advance, monthly payments are collected, and customer data stays accurate.

This role is ideal for someone with a hunter mentality: organized, proactive, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage account renewals two months ahead of cycle.

  • Process and validate renewal quotes, pricing, and subscription details.

  • Communicate with clients via email and phone to confirm renewals.

  • Track all renewal activity and maintain accurate internal systems.

  • Perform daily Revenue Validation Activities (RVAs) and support reporting.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and improve processes.

What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years in customer success, renewals, or customer service.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and accountable in a remote work environment.

  • English fluency; Mandarin a plus.
