In this role, you’ll support the global rollout and operational implementation of a major quick-service restaurant partnership across international markets. You’ll translate global trade marketing frameworks and activation concepts into scalable, ready-to-execute solutions, ensuring consistent and high-quality implementation in every market. Acting as the central link between global strategy and local execution, you’ll equip markets with clear tools, guidelines, and support so they can successfully launch, embed, and grow the partnership business over time.
GLOBAL PARTNERSHIP ROLL-OUT
You’ll support the rollout of a global quick-service restaurant partnership across international markets, coordinating launch preparations to ensure full alignment with global guidelines and timelines. By tracking market readiness and closely supporting local teams through each launch phase, you’ll help secure smooth, consistent, and successful executions worldwide.
TRADE MARKETING FRAMEWORKS
In this role, you’ll turn global strategy into practical, in-restaurant trade marketing solutions for a global quick-service restaurant partnership. You’ll develop and maintain toolkits and guidelines that help markets implement the partnership consistently and at scale, while ensuring all activations align with both brands’ standards. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll help bring global concepts to life locally, creating impactful, on-brand activation concepts in-restaurant.
MARKET COORDINATION
In this role, you’ll act as a key contact point for local teams implementing the global quick-service restaurant partnership. You’ll provide guidance on trade marketing execution and activation concepts, facilitate knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange across markets, and help ensure consistent, high-quality implementation standards worldwide.
Qualifications- 5+ years’ Trade Marketing experience with global brands (ideally across marketing and insight functions), plus solid knowledge of On Premise trade and QSR/LSR channels.
- A strong customer-facing background including sales processes and negotiation with global/regional key accounts.
- Strategic and analytical mindset: able to interpret complex trends and develop specific, innovative strategies and concepts while keeping the commercial big picture in focus.
- Exceptional communicator and presenter, strong stakeholder management, and a passion for building new business partnerships internationally.
- Highly organized, with strong planning and project management skills, capable of coordinating multiple markets and initiatives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Self-motivated, sociable, and solution-oriented, with a “do-it-now” attitude, innovative thinking, excellent command of English, other languages are a plus.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
