We are looking for dynamic and driven interns to join our International Business (IB) Team. This role offers hands-on exposure to global business operations, strategy, and market development in the U.S. chemical industry. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities, support market expansion, and execute high-impact projects across the USA market.
- Conduct business development research to identify potential customers, distributors, partners, and new market opportunities across the USA.
- Perform market research and data analysis to evaluate industry trends, customer demand, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging product segments.
- Source and qualify prospects through platforms such as LinkedIn, industry databases, company websites, and other digital channels.
- Manage contact sourcing, outreach, and CRM data organization to support lead generation and sales initiatives.
- Conduct cold calls to prospective customers, distributors, and partners to qualify leads, initiate conversations, and generate business opportunities for the U.S. market.
- Assist in project management by coordinating with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure timely execution of business initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic projects, including market mapping, account prioritization, pricing analysis, and go-to-market planning for the U.S. market.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and business insights for leadership reviews and strategic decision-making.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn, with a strong ownership mindset.
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into business actions.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
