From £60k with Bupa Bonuses dependent upon experience and qualifications
Hybrid Working (1 day per week based in the office)

Role Overview
The International Business Development Manager is primarily responsible to deliver portfolio growth for Bupa through the acquisition of International Partnerships The role encompasses direct partnerships across the
international markets, with a target segment of less no than $1m per year in revenue.
This role has an acquisition target that requires influential communication, stakeholder management & negotiation skills to deliver successful outcomes. The role is responsible to identify sustainable partnership opportunities and convert opportunities into newly established partnerships. This is through the development of a large pipeline of clients and establishing new opportunities through networking and building relationships with stakeholders
How you’ll help us make health happen:
Drive & build international partnership acquisition pipeline, aligned to market & customer strategy
Successful conversion of pipeline to new, sustainable partnerships
Deliver increased market share through successful delivery of strategic commercial opportunities
Develop & maintain meaningful working relationships with our Go-To-Market & International Partnership Management team
Develop and maintain strong relationships with second tier education institutions and Migration/Education Agents
Provide well-rounded stakeholder skills to influence internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes
Ability to leverage stakeholder capabilities in a coordinated and highly collaborative way
Develop & maintain a deep understanding of Bupa’s OVC, OSHC, Health and Wellness products and offerings
Leverage appropriate product & offering to deliver successful B2B & B2C partnership outcomes
Provide sector and emerging market business intelligence through focussed sector engagement
Provide market business intelligence and identify strategic opportunities for International partnerships
Construct and articulate competitive insights to build broader Business Intelligence
Provide valuable feedback and insight to enable product development and marketing initiatives to
support new business acquisition
What you will need:
Tertiary qualifications, or equivalent market experience
Established connections within the education and/or international market
Extensive sales experience exceeding sales targets selling OVC and OSHC, or similar business to business sales experience
Proven strategic business development capability; navigate and work closely with strategic employees within client organisations to determine present and future needs
Experience contributing to tender responses and medium scale sales propositions to potential clients
Demonstrated experience executing new business partnerships and external relationship management
Adaptable to changing circumstances and able to deal with ambiguity by making positive changes
Able to build relationships with senior stakeholders through to c-suite level
Extensive knowledge of the key drivers for target organisations with regard to OVC and OSHC
