The Role

Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for an International Brand Manager for our office in Rotterdam.

What you’ll be doing
  • Drive brand performance and demand creation across key International Trade Business markets
  • Translate global brand strategies into impactful local activation with distributors
  • Develop brand assets and marketing plans for both global and locally managed brands
  • Partner closely with Sales Managers to execute regional brand activation plans
  • Support and challenge distribution partners to elevate marketing execution, including digital
  • Monitor brand performance, campaign results, and market opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Supply Chain, Scientific Affairs, and Finance
  • Contribute to pricing strategy and brand positioning aligned with commercial priorities
  • Provide market insights and partner feedback to strengthen decision-making
  • International travel will be required in the role.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3–6 years’ experience in brand management, commercial marketing, or international business (FMCG or fast-moving consumer environments preferred)
  • Strong commercial mindset with solid brand fundamentals
  • Experience working with distributors or external partners is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • Self-driven, structured, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, international setting
