Job DescriptionAbout the role:
Are you passionate about shaping the future of Retail Media? In this unique role, you will be at the forefront of scaling and internationalising our Ad Solutions across Europe. Join our growing international Retail Media team and drive the success of advertising formats developed in DACH across multiple markets.
You will be the go-to expert for our international stakeholders, bringing together business, sales, and tech teams to ensure our solutions are understood, adopted and harmonised across borders.
About your tasks:
Drive international rollout by adapting and scaling DACH Retail Media Ad Solutions to local market needs.
Develop playbooks, guidelines and enablement materials to support consistent implementation across countries.
Lead onboarding and go-live support for international markets and ensure solutions are used and reported accurately.
Act as the central point of contact for business, sales, campaign, and tech teams across all regions.
Collect structured feedback from local teams to continuously improve product and innovation roadmaps.
About you:
You are structured, pragmatic, and thrive in coordinating international stakeholders and projects.
Excellent communication skills bridging both business and tech audiences.
Experience in Retail Media, Ad Tech, or Digital Advertising would be a big plus.
You enjoy working in a cross-cultural environment and are fluent in English (German is a plus).
