About the role

To strengthen the team, we’re looking for an International Account Director to join the team and work on high-stakes brand challenges, while helping shape long-term projects and client relationships.

Working closely with an Associate Director, you are fully involved in client relationships, strategic thinking and operational project leadership.

More specifically, you will:

• Work with french and/or international brands on positioning, brand culture and brand expression
• Contribute to the development of brand platforms, creative territories and communication strategies
• Lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, with a strong focus on quality and rigor
• Help structure client relationships, secure exchanges and move projects forward in sometimes demanding contexts
• Collaborate closely with the teams involved in each project
• Take part in business developments, from strategic recommendations to pitches and account growth

Depending on the projects, you may work on integrated brand expressions that include digital and social dimensions, always within a global brand coherence approach.

The profile

This role is for experienced agency professionals with a strong consulting mindset.

You are:

• Comfortable switching between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
• Structured, detail-oriented and demanding when it comes to quality
• Able to thrive in fast-paced, international and highly visible environments
• Confident and diplomatic when dealing with senior, demanding clients
• Curious, committed, and genuinely interested in brands and culture

You have:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in a communication or advertising agency
• Experience working on brand strategy, campaigns and integrated communication projects
• An experience in developing international campaign and international coordination
• A strong understanding of social platforms and their cultural codes
• Fluent English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
• A desire to join a collective and contribute to ambitious, high-value projects

Position based in Puteaux (Havas Village) – permanent contract (CDI).
Occasional international travel depending on projects.
