About you:
You are a technically adept individual with a background in quality and auditing. Your expertise enables you to grasp complex technical processes quickly. Your strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across different departments will be essential in this role. You are proactive, with a keen eye for detail and a drive to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
You’ll need to have a tenacious tendency to be successful in your approach to changing culture and implementing process change, particularly where compliance requirement and commercial pressures require strategic balance. Being able to navigate these interactions and achieving the role aims whilst retaining a pragmatic view will be key.
You will quickly identify that Access has challenging and exciting business goals, but you will also identify a vested interest in the improvement of Health and Care processes for professional system users of our solutions, whilst understand that leads the patients, clients and citizen benefiting from better Heath and Care journeys.
Day-to-day, you will:
Conduct audits of our software development processes and hardware suppliers to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with teams in Products & Engineering to meet technical standards and identify areas for improvement in our quality management framework.
Implement and optimize AI-driven audit tools to make our quality assurance processes more efficient.
Prepare clear reports on your audit findings and recommendations for management and stakeholders.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage complex tasks logically and efficiently.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative approach and the ability to influence across all levels of management.
Openness to learning and implementing new technologies, particularly AI tools, to enhance audit processes and effectiveness.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to software and hardware in healthcare.
