Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Prioritization:

  • Coordinate the execution of the established Communications Roadmap, ensuring alignment with quarterly and annual priorities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to plan and measure the impact of communication initiatives, bringing to bear data-driven insights where applicable.

Transparency & Simplification:

  • Maintain and refine communication frameworks to ensure leadership messages are clear, concise, and actionable for internal audiences.
  • Coordinate global and regional messaging, simplifying complex concepts into digestible formats that resonate across teams.

Connect & Engage:

  • Plan and complete Strategy & Success Forums to inform and align internal collaborators on organizational priorities.
  • Lead the production and distribution of the Progress Today Newsletter, ensuring consistent updates and impactful storytelling.
  • Coordinate and facilitate "What We Do" meetings, including governance updates, speaker planning, and actionable takeaways for the audience.

Confidence & Autonomy:

  • Deliver quarterly Change Communication Top Tips, equipping teams with practical tools to manage change effectively.
  • Support change management initiatives, including communication strategies and toolkit updates as required.

Strategic Deployment Support:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide mentorship on project communications, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to improve communication strategies across Operations.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years in internal or critical communications, with a preference for experience in a complex global organization.
  • Extensive knowledge of standard methodologies in internal communications and a strong ability to collaborate with leadership to promote alignment and clarity.
  • Openness to bringing to bear new technologies to improve communication delivery, engagement, and impact.
  • Strong ability to craft and implement strategies that reduce noise and ensure critical messages resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • A proven track record of working effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a dedication to maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
