Job DescriptionIn this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch in Rockhampton and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.

A typical day will involve
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and sales teams to support long‑term partnerships.
- Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers.
- Admin such as: Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects
- Respond to customer queries & make follow-up calls.

- Champion safety and contribute to our strong safety‑first culture.
- Experience working in a Sales or Customer Service role
- Industry experience and knowledge would be ideal, however we are happy to train the right person too
