Internal Sales Support

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Prepare quotes and gather pricing, lead-time, and technical details.
• Create and process sales orders in the ERP system.
• Ensure accuracy of technical solutions and documentation.
• Manage Salesforce cases and maintain accurate data.
• Liaise with factories for pricing, drawings, and technical support.
• Maintain end-to-end customer communication throughout the order lifecycle.

• Experience in internal sales, sales administration, or order processing.
• Mechanical/technical understanding (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Confident written and verbal communicator in English.
• IT-savvy with experience using ERP/CRM systems.
• Able to self-manage in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer-focused, collaborative team environment.
