HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the overhaul and repair of aircraft components, is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to support our sales and customer service operations.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers. Daily activities include responding to customer inquiries, processing sales orders, preparing quotations, monitoring order status, and maintaining customer records.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customer quotations, sales orders, and related documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and order information within company systems
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, quality control, and shipping departments to support customer requirements and delivery schedules
- Monitor open orders and proactively communicate status updates to customers
- Respond to customer requests for proposals, quotations, and product information
- Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for repeat business and customer growth
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as appropriate to management
- Generate sales reports, maintain documentation, and assist with administrative sales activities
Skills and Education Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong English written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, account management, or sales support
- Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Excel, Word, & Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and customer communications
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods of time
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, filing, and operating office equipment
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching to retrieve files or office materials
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs.
- Visual ability to read documents, computer screens, and detailed reports
- Exposure to a professional office and manufacturing environment with occasional noise from production areas
