The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Solution Specialist to join our Community Care team at our Tauranga HQ.
This is a full-time role, working 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (or as required) within our core business hours. As a key part of Cubro’s internal customer service and quoting operations, this role is the heartbeat of our team — ensuring our customers and internal teams receive timely, accurate, and high-quality support across quoting, product knowledge, and process improvement.
If you love solving problems, connecting people, and driving results, this is the role for you.
The Role
In this role, you’ll be the connector between our Production, Solution Specialists, and internal teams, making sure customer needs are understood, quotes are accurate, and jobs flow smoothly through to completion.
You’ll handle a mix of customer service, technical quoting, and internal coordination — helping our teams stay aligned and our clients delighted.
Your ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer & Case Management - Triage and manage incoming cases and requests, prioritise and ensure timely resolution, and act as an internal escalation point for complex queries.
- Production Liaison - Serve as the link between Production, Solution Specialists, and other teams to ensure jobs progress efficiently.
- Quoting & Product Expertise - Prepare configuration quotes, liaise with production teams for product modifications, and champion product knowledge across teams.
- Communication & Collaboration - Handle inbound and outbound calls, coordinate with internal teams, and resolve issues and complaints with confidence.
- Training & Continuous Improvement - Suggest and coordinate training, share insights and process improvements, and participate in workshops and hands-on product training.
- Reporting & Workflow - Manage key reports such as overdue orders, returns, and blocked sales orders, while supporting workflow planning and roster coordination.
- Team Contribution - Share new ideas and industry insights, collaborate closely with the team to meet goals, and actively participate in company activities while embodying Cubro’s values.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in a Sales Representative or customer coordination role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/database systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
- Initiative, problem-solving skills, and a friendly, approachable personality
- A strong team player with a sense of humor and a customer-first mindset
- Experience in quoting, production coordination, or the healthcare sector will be a strong advantage.
