Job Title: Sales & Customer Success Coordinator
Location: South Africa
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)
Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)
Rather than managing a high volume of daily sales activity, you'll oversee a smaller pipeline of opportunities while ensuring every prospect and client receives exceptional attention. Because of this, your responsibilities will span sales follow-up, onboarding, client growth, and supporting CEO-directed AI-powered outbound email campaigns and sales operations.
- Follow up with prospective customers by phone and email.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings.
- Prepare and send collateral, proposals, contracts, and onboarding documents.
- Coordinate new customer onboarding and ensure a smooth start.
- Build relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for additional services and account growth.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with past prospects and existing clients through regular follow-up, renewal outreach, re-engagement campaigns, and account growth initiatives.
- Coordinate the receipt of prospect data from multiple sources, organize and group the data, upload it into CRM and outreach platforms, maintain data cleanliness, and enrich records using various tools.
- Build, deploy, and manage AI-powered outbound email campaigns based on CEO strategy and direction.
- Manage domains, email accounts, CRM systems, and outbound sales tools.
- Keep the CRM and sales pipeline up to date.
- Ensure no lead or customer falls through the cracks.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Friendly, confident, and professional on the phone.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and AI tools.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and customer-focused.
- Able to take direction, apply sound judgment, and independently turn ideas and processes into consistent execution.
- Experience in sales, customer success, account management, or customer support is preferred.
