About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are motivated to start a career in sales within the IT sector.
 
In this role, you will support Business Development Managers in day-to-day sales activities, helping to close leads, manage customer communication, and ensure smooth sales operations. You will work in a structured environment with clear tasks and guidance, reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager.
 
What You’ll Do
• Support Business Development Managers with daily sales activities and administrative tasks
• Follow up on leads and assist in closing sales opportunities
• Handle customer communication via phone and email
• Process orders and maintain accurate data in internal systems
• Assist with quotations, basic reporting, and sales documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling
• Follow established processes and complete assigned tasks efficiently
 
What We’re Looking For
• Recent graduate or early career profile
• Fluent in Hungarian and English
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Quick learner with a supportive and team-oriented mindset
• Interest in sales, marketing, or the IT industry
• Previous exposure to distribution, vendors, or partners is a plus
• Prior sales experience would be a plus

Skills Required

  • 3+ years' experience in a sales or commercial role, ideally B2B
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a pipeline
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial mindset with good numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise, plan and manage time effectively
  • Good understanding of the sales cycle and customer management
  • Experience working with CRM systems; quotation/order tools are a plus
  • Interest or background in IT/technology solutions; Microsoft exposure is an advantage
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
