What you will do
Work closely with the Inside Sales Manager and handle a queue of service technician leads.
Engage with customers to understand their requirements, prepare accurate quotations, and secure orders for labour and materials.
Support the wider sales function by contributing to team targets and overall business goals.
How you will do it
Make introductory calls to customers to identify needs, build tailored quotes, and close sales.
Produce accurate quotations using internal pricing tools and systems.
Liaise with suppliers to gather information, pricing, and product availability.
Deliver excellent customer service by managing expectations and providing regular updates.
Make timely follow-up calls to secure orders within set timeframes.
Complete general administrative tasks as required to support the sales process.
