Job Summary: Partners and supports sales directors (Regional Directors) as well as prospective and existing partners with new business proposals.

- Assists Regional Directors (External Sales Team) in all aspects of maintaining/creating new relationships with Retirement Advisors.
- Handles incoming calls and emails involving prospecting, providing industry updates and sales ideas, and onboarding new business.
- Makes outbound calls as necessary.
- Partners with Regional Directors to maximize territory coverage and market penetration.
- Gathers necessary marketing data to assist in identifying and updating information on prospective clients and competition.
- Provides marketing support, including proposal preparation and RFP (Request for Proposal) response assistance.
- Consistently meets and/or exceeds performance expectations, working under pressure in a very fast paced, demanding environment, continuously under tight deadlines
- Focuses on learning in everyday activities and events
- Collaborates with and openly shares knowledge with colleagues
- Works with internal operations partners to support the post-sales functions including:
- Coordinating contracts, conversion process, investment lineup and mapping
- Communicating directly with other departments (Documents, Conversions, Operations, etc.)
- Regular, reliable and punctual attendance

Required Education, Experience and Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
- 1-3 years of related experience within the retirement market.
Preferred (but not required) education or skills for this role
- Client Service/Sales Experience within Financial Services industry.
- Possesses or is working towards industry designation.
