The Communications Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering clear, consistent, and credible messaging that strengthens product awareness, aligns cross‑functional teams, and supports leadership communications across the organization. Based in Fremont, CA, this role partners closely with management, business units, and sales teams to ensure communications are accurate, aligned, and effectively leveraged across internal and external channels.
Specific Job Duties
- Develop, execute, and maintain internal and external communications aligned with business priorities, product messaging, and leadership objectives.
- Partner with management, business units, and sales teams to ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and effectively leveraged.
- Create, enhance, and manage marketing and communications collateral across the intranet, digital platforms, and other media channels while upholding brand standards, quality, and transparency.
- Serve as editor for formal business communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, professionalism, and appropriate tone.
- Support media planning and placement activities and collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute effective media strategies.
- Design and apply measurement tools to evaluate communication effectiveness and business impact, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to a high‑performance, team‑oriented culture through clear communication, accountability, and collaboration.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Compensation
For candidates based in California, the pay range for this position is $96,600–$130,400 per year.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job‑related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
